Powering Up Bioenergy: Farm Watt Innovations Secures ₹32.5 Crore

Farm Watt Innovations, a renewable energy solutions provider founded in 2023 by Kumar Neelendu, has secured ₹32.5 crore in a funding round co-led by IAN Group's IAN Alpha Fund and Rainmatter.

The newly raised capital will be deployed to strengthen India’s bioenergy supply chain infrastructure through expanded biomass collection, machinery acquisition, new aggregation hubs, and workforce growth. Working in partnership with leading European technology providers, Farm Watt integrates advanced solutions into the domestic and international Compressed Biogas (CBG) sectors. Looking ahead, the company is expanding its operational scope to develop and operate an owned asset portfolio of CBG, bio-pellet, and biochar plants, reinforcing a circular bioeconomy that supports sustainable energy transition.
